I'm Liz, the founder of Generous Glow Candlery.

Generous Glow began with a simple desire to help someone I love. After one of my closest friends nearly lost her home during a hurricane, I started making candles to raise money to support her and her family during their recovery. What began as an act of kindness quickly grew into something much bigger.

As I continued making candles, I discovered a creative passion for fragrance, design, and creating products that bring comfort and joy into people's homes. But one thing never changed: the desire to help others. Giving back remained at the heart of everything I created.

That foundation became Generous Glow.

Today, Generous Glow is more than a candle company. From hand-poured candles and wax melts to perfumes, room sprays, car diffusers, and home care products, every item is thoughtfully crafted to bring comfort, beauty, and fragrance into everyday life.

The name "Generous Glow" reflects the mission behind the business. I believe that small acts of kindness can create lasting impact, which is why giving back continues to be woven into everything I do. Through the Generous Glow Giving Fund, every purchase helps support individuals, organizations, and causes within the community.

In 2026, I took a leap of faith and opened my storefront in Shipshewana, Indiana, allowing me to turn a passion for fragrance and a heart for giving into something bigger than I ever imagined.
